Because our mental health matters! Mental health is just as important and physical health. Taking care of ourselves, physically and mentally is one of the best things we can do got ourselves.

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, a utilize a blend of therapies that I feel work well together (as well as on their own), in order to best meet clients where they’re at.
I don’t just smash together bits of every therapy known to man, however (there are a lot of therapies out there!). Instead, I am very intentional about the trainings I take and what I feel will work best not just on it’s own, but integrated with other therapies.

The first session we have together will be an extended 90-mintue session, which will be spent completing an intake assessment. This assessment allows me to get more information about you and your story, so I have a clearer idea of how I can best help you. It also help me diagnose what you are experiencing, based on your symptoms (something that is required if using insurance to pay for mental health services). I will ask specific questions to help guide the process, such as about current problems you may be experiencing, your hobbies and relationships, and what school and work are like for you.

How long someone continues with therapy depends on many factors. For example, why you are seeking therapy in the first place, what your goals are, the impact of external, especially systemic, factors, or even how comfortable you are with your therapist. I don’t believe in forcing a timeline on the people I work with, instead I believe in setting clear goals that we can use to track your progress, as well as simply checking in with you to see how you feel things are going.

No, sessions with me are 100% AI free; no “assistant” listening in or writing my documentation for me.
To the best of my knowledge, no AI has been used or is present in my website or social media. Everything you may see has been created by me (in the case of written text and certain informational images), or found by me (in the case of images such as stock images).

You have the right to receive what is call a “good Faith Estimate” which explains how much your mental health services will cost. For more information, read the full statement on my pricing page.
